Driver age and experience
The minimum age and driving experience depend on the vehicle class. Exact requirements are specified in the rental agreement.
Documents
Russian citizens: passport and driving licence category B. Foreign citizens: passport, migration card, visa or residence permit, national driving licence. If the country is not a party to the Vienna Convention (e.g., China), the licence is valid only with a notarized translation or international driving permit (Article 25 of Federal Law No. 196-FZ).
Deposit
Funds are blocked on the main driver's bank card. The exact amount and terms are specified in the rental agreement.
Fuel
You receive the car with a full tank and must return it with a full tank. Or another policy as specified in the rental contract.
Toll roads and fines
Tolls on paid roads (MSD, TsKAD ring, M-11, M-12) are paid by the renter. Fines from traffic cameras are passed on to the renter.
Parking
Paid parking in central Moscow is at the renter's expense. Follow parking rules.
Winter tires
From December to February, cars are fitted with winter tires in accordance with the law.
Delivery and return
Delivery and return of the car are carried out within Moscow, the Moscow region, and to the airports Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, Vnukovo, Zhukovsky.
Prohibited
Use of the vehicle off public roads (off-road) and as a taxi is prohibited. Driving abroad is only with the written consent of the lessor.
Insurance
OSAGO (compulsory third-party insurance) is included in the rental price (required by law). CASCO (comprehensive insurance) is arranged under the terms of the rental agreement.
