MSD and TsKAD ring — rates per section and transit

The Moscow High-Speed Diameter and the Central Ring Road operate on the same scheme: 19 ₽ per section during peak hours, free outside peak and on weekends. M-11 and M-12 — trips to Petersburg and Kazan

The fine for non-payment is 5 000 ₽, towing — from 8 500 to 12 450 ₽ plus storage at the impound lot. Winter tires from December to February — per TR TS 018/2011

The Technical Regulations of the Customs Union require passenger cars to be operated on winter tires in December, January, and February. A fine is provided for violation.
