What data do we process and for what purpose

We process the following personal data:

• last name, first name, patronymic;
• contact phone number;
• email address;
• driving licence data;
• passport data (when concluding a rental agreement);
• other data that you voluntarily provide when booking, concluding a rental agreement, contacting us through our website or messengers.

Purposes of processing:

• processing requests for car booking;
• conclusion and execution of a car rental agreement;
• reissuing fines for traffic violations and toll roads (including via the traffic police, AMPP, and toll road operators);
• responses to inquiries via communication channels (phone, MAX, WeChat).

Legal grounds for processing

Personal data processing is carried out on the following grounds:

• consent of the personal data subject (when booking and contacting);
• execution of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party (rental agreement);
• fulfillment of obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation (including transfer of information to the traffic police, AMPP and other authorized bodies).

Processing and storage periods

Personal data is processed and stored no longer than required by the purposes of processing, as well as the periods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation (including the statute of limitations). After achieving the purposes of processing or expiration of the established periods, the data is destroyed.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

We may transfer personal data to third parties for the following purposes:

• to payment systems and payment service providers for processing payments;
• to insurance companies for issuing insurance (CASCO and OSAGO);
• to the traffic police, AMPP, or toll road operators for reissuing fines and paying for passage;
• to other persons in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Transfer is carried out only to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes.

Data storage in Russia

We ensure the storage of personal data in databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the requirements of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

Rights of the personal data subject

You have the right to:

• receive information about the processing of your personal data;
• demand clarification, blocking, or destruction of personal data if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or processed in violation of the law;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• demand cessation of personal data processing in cases provided for by law;
• appeal the actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights or in court.
