Who we are and how we work
Rent-Trip is a Moscow car rental company. Our fleet consists of 90 cars divided into eight classes: Economy, Comfort, Crossovers, Business, SUVs, Premium, Minivans, and Commercial. Rental costs range from 2 300 to 33 000 rubles per day. For long-term rentals, a reducing coefficient applies: a week is calculated as six days, a month as 21 days.
We operate without an office in the traditional sense: meetings and car deliveries happen where it is convenient for the client, including airports and railway stations. All issues are resolved by phone or in the MAX messenger. WeChat is available for guests from China.
How the fleet is assembled
The Rent-Trip fleet is assembled from various sources. There are Chinese brands officially represented, Lada cars, and premium foreign cars brought in via parallel import. Cars are categorized by class so that the client can choose the best option for their needs — from an economical city trip to a executive car or commercial vehicle.
All cars undergo maintenance. Seasonal tires are changed depending on the time of year. Insurance and other conditions are specified in the rental agreement.
How does rental work
Step 1. You leave a request by phone or messenger. The manager clarifies the details: car class, dates, pick-up location. Step 2. We book the car. At the appointed time, a coordinator delivers the car to the specified point in Moscow, the region, or the airport. Step 3. You inspect the car and sign the rental agreement. The terms, including the deposit and mileage limit, are specified in the contract. Step 4. You use the car. At the end of the term, you return it to the agreed location. We check its condition, and if there are no debts, we complete the rental.
For corporate clients and long-term rentals, a separate procedure is provided: preparation of closing documents, flexible terms.
