All cars have 5 seats, automatic transmission, and run on petrol or hybrid. Below is a summary table with specifications so you can compare models at a glance and choose the one that fits your task.

| BMW 5 Series | 2.0 L, petrol, all-wheel drive | 249 hp | 11 500 ₽ |
If you need a car for a business meeting in the center, consider the Mercedes-Benz E-Class or Audi A6 — they provide maximum comfort in the back row. For trips along the busy Garden Ring, the hybrid Voyah Passion with all-wheel drive and noticeably lower fuel consumption than purely petrol cars is more practical.
- Toyota Camry and Hongqi H5: optimal as a daily rental business sedan — price from 6 500 ₽ with a full set of options.
- Lexus ES and Mercedes-Benz C-Class: Smooth, gentle ride, a good choice for transferring guests from the airport.
- Genesis G80 and BMW 5 Series: Top level of the fleet with all-wheel drive, for high-status meetings and long country routes.
We deliver all 10 models within the capital, to the region, and to four airports—Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, Vnukovo, and Zhukovsky. We check the condition of the cars before each rental, and in winter months the fleet is fully switched to winter tires, as required by law.
How much does it cost to rent a business-class car in Moscow and what does the price depend on
The business-class car rental rate in our fleet is from 6 500 to 11 500 ₽ per day; the final price depends on the model, its power, and drive type. The ten sedans cover the range from a Toyota Camry at 6 500 ₽ to a BMW 5 Series at 11 500 ₽, and the 5 000 ₽ difference between the extreme options is explained not by the badge but by the characteristics. A rear-wheel-drive Mercedes-Benz E-Class with 197 hp costs 11 000 ₽, while the Hongqi H5 is more powerful — 224 hp — but cheaper: 6 900 ₽. The drive type also matters: all-wheel drive on the Genesis G80 or Audi A6 is traditionally more expensive than front-wheel drive on the Camry, and the hybrid powertrain of the Voyah Passion with 428 hp raises the price to 9 800 ₽ despite its modest 1.5 L petrol engine.
| Model | Engine and drive | Power | Price per day |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toyota Camry | Petrol 2.5 L, front-wheel drive | 200 hp | 6 500 ₽ |
| Hongqi H5 | Petrol 2.0 L, rear-wheel drive | 224 hp | 6 900 ₽ |
| BMW 3 Series | Petrol 2.0 L, rear-wheel drive | 184 hp | 8 000 ₽ |
| Lexus ES | Petrol 2.5 L, front-wheel drive | 200 hp | 8 500 ₽ |
| Mercedes-Benz C-Class | Petrol 1.5 L, rear-wheel drive | 204 hp | 8 500 ₽ |
| Genesis G80 | Petrol 2.5 L, all-wheel drive | 249 hp | 9 500 ₽ |
| Voyah Passion | Hybrid 1.5 L, all-wheel drive | 428 hp | 9 800 ₽ |
| Audi A6 | Petrol 2.0 L, all-wheel drive | 245 hp | 10 500 ₽ |
| Mercedes-Benz E-Class | Petrol 2.0 L, rear-wheel drive | 197 hp | 11 000 ₽ |
| BMW 5 Series | Petrol 2.0 L, all-wheel drive | 249 hp | 11 500 ₽ |
When switching to a long-term format, the daily price drops noticeably: a week of renting a business-class car in Moscow starts from 39 000 ₽, and a month — from 136 500 ₽. This is exactly six days of payment for weekly booking and twenty-one days for monthly, meaning the discount is built into the calculation itself, without separate promotions. For a seven-day business trip, it is more profitable to rent a Camry for a month than an E-Class for a week — the budget difference reaches 25 000 ₽. In our practice, clients often combine: during negotiations in the capital, they take a premium sedan on a daily basis, and for a subsequent trip to Saint Petersburg, they switch to a more modest model with a weekly rate. If your trip dates are not yet fixed, check at booking how the rate is recalculated when switching from daily to weekly format — this changes the final budget.
Documents and terms of handing over a business-class car for rent in Moscow
To rent a business-class car in the capital, a Russian citizen only needs a passport and a category B driving licence—we do not request any other documents for signing the contract. Foreign guests will need a larger package: a foreign passport, migration card, visa or residence permit, as well as a national driving licence. If the licence was issued in a country that has not acceded to the Vienna Convention (for example, China), it is valid only with a notarised translation into Russian or with an International Driving Permit—this is a requirement of Article 25 of Federal Law No. 196.
List of rental documents
- Russian passport and category B licence: Standard package for Russian citizens; driving experience and age per the contract terms.
- International passport, migration card, visa or residence permit: for foreign clients, plus a national driving licence.
- Notarized translation of license or IDP: Mandatory if your licence was issued outside the Vienna Convention — otherwise, we will not hand over the car.
- Bank card of the main driver: Used for the insurance deposit, the hold amount of which is specified in the contract.
When handing over, we record the condition of the body and interior in an acceptance report — this takes 15–20 minutes, so allow this time before your trip. Age and experience requirements for business class are higher than for the economy segment: exact requirements for each car are specified in the contract, not on the website. If you are unsure whether your driving experience fits a specific model, check at booking via MAX or by phone; the manager will verify the conditions before delivering the car. We deliver cars in Moscow and the region, to four airports and railway stations, but the contract is signed when meeting the driver who delivers the car — no separate trip to the office is needed; we have no physical rental point.
Business-class car rental in Moscow with delivery to airports.
We deliver a rented business-class car to any point in the capital and Moscow region—Rent-Trip has no physical office, so the car comes wherever is convenient for the client: home, office in Moscow City, or the needed terminal. Delivery is part of the service and is coordinated when booking via MAX or by phone.
Where we deliver the car
- Airports: Sheremetyevo in the north (~30 km from the MKAD ring road via M-11 or Leningradskoe shosse), Domodedovo in the south (~45 km via Kashirskoe shosse), Vnukovo in the southwest (~28 km), Zhukovsky in the southeast (~40 km via Novoryazanskoe shosse).
- Railway stations: Leningradsky, Yaroslavsky, Kazansky, Kursky, Kievsky, Belorussky, Paveletsky, and others—the car will be waiting at the entrance if you've come to the capital by train.
- Districts: Khamovniki, Arbat, Presnensky, Tverskoy, Basmanny, Tagansky, Zamoskvorechye — we deliver within the Garden Ring and the Third Ring Road.
- Region: Khimki, Odintsovo, Krasnogorsk, Lyubertsy, Mytishchi and other cities — delivery within the Moscow region is arranged separately.
How the handover works
At the appointed time, the driver delivers the car, checks documents, and together with the client inspects the body — we record every scratch and chip in the inspection report to avoid disputes upon return. Handover takes 15–20 minutes: we sign the contract, explain how the multimedia and climate control of the specific model work, and show where the car documents are. If your flight is delayed, notify us via MAX or phone — we will adjust the delivery time, and the car will wait.
If you need a car urgently
When booking the day before or on the day of the trip, we rely on fleet availability—Rent-Trip has 90 cars in 8 classes, so a free business-class sedan is usually available. During peak hours—morning departure from Domodedovo or evening arrival at Sheremetyevo—it's better to place the request 3–4 hours in advance: that's enough to prepare the car and calculate the delivery route considering traffic on the MKAD ring road. Exact delivery terms, including cost when going beyond the capital, are specified in the contract.
Insurance, fines, and toll roads when renting a business-class car
We break down how insurance, camera fines, and payment for toll sections work — these are three expense items you should know about before getting behind the wheel. By law, every car in the Rent-Trip fleet is insured under OSAGO (compulsory third-party insurance), and the details of CASCO (comprehensive insurance) and the amount of the security deposit are specified in the contract. Below is the specifics on fines and toll roads in the capital.
Insurance: OSAGO (compulsory third-party insurance) and CASCO (comprehensive insurance)
OSAGO covers liability to other road users and applies to each vehicle in the fleet — this is a legal requirement, not an option. CASCO protects the car itself, but the composition of risks, deductible, and payment procedure are specified in the contract — before signing, the Rent-Trip manager states the terms for the specific model. If you are planning a out-of-town route, check at booking whether the policy covers the M-11 or M-12 motorways — for business sedans this is a standard question.
Fines from cameras and towing
Traffic camera fines go to the car owner, i.e., the rental company, and are re-invoiced to the renter — you pay exactly the amount stated in the notice. Paid parking in the center costs 380–800 ₽ per hour from 8:00 to 21:00, at night — 200 ₽ per hour; the fine for non-payment is 5 000 ₽, and towing is 8 500–12 450 ₽ plus storage at the impound lot. In winter months, from December to February, all cars in the fleet have seasonal tires — this is a mandatory requirement of the technical regulations.
Toll roads: MSD, TsKAD, M-11, M-12
The renter pays for travel on toll sections independently — via transponder or by car plate within the time set by the road operator. Tariffs on the MSD and TsKAD depend on the time of day: during peak hours (weekdays 7:00–11:00 and 16:00–20:00) travel on a section is 19 RUB, off-peak and on weekends — free. Transit travel without exiting is 950 RUB. For a long trip to Saint Petersburg via the M-11 or to Kazan via the M-12, budget for the cost of the entire motorway: tariffs have increased by 8–10%, but the transponder gives a discount of up to 25%. Before a long trip, check the transponder balance — it is more difficult to top up along the way than in the city.
Countryside trips in a rented business-class car
A business-class sedan is not only for business meetings in the center: it is convenient for weekend trips out of town, and we at Rent-Trip regularly arrange such deliveries. The fleet has cars for any distance — from a two-hour trip to Tula to an eight-hour dash to Kazan along the M-12.
Where to go in a rented sedan
- Saint Petersburg: The M-11 Neva motorway is tolled along its entire length, the route is about 700 km and roughly 7 hours; for such a route, Mercedes-Benz E-Class or Audi A6 are more often taken.
- Kazan: On the M-12 Vostok motorway, a Class 1 passenger car pays 5 909 ₽ for the entire route; the most comfortable option is the all-wheel-drive Genesis G80.
- The Golden Ring: Sergiev Posad, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Rostov Veliky, Yaroslavl, Suzdal and Vladimir — legs from one to four hours; here the Toyota Camry or Hongqi H5 is enough.
- Tula and Yasnaya Polyana: about 2.5 hours via the M-2 or M-4; for such a route we often have orders for a BMW 3 Series.
- Kolomna: about 2 hours along the M-5; a Lexus ES with its smooth ride is a good fit.
All-wheel drive on the Audi A6, BMW 5 Series and Genesis G80 will be useful on wet asphalt of suburban highways, and the hybrid Voyah Passion on the Moscow – Kazan route noticeably saves on fuel. In winter, from December to February, winter tires are mandatory by law, and our fleet is switched in advance — the car will arrive already prepared for snow and slush.
Toll roads and fines on a long trip
Tolls on the MSD (Moscow High-Speed Diameter) and TsKAD ring are paid by the renter — via transponder or by car plate within the road operator's deadline. The transponder gives a discount of up to 25% on toll sections. Fines from cameras come to the car owner, i.e., the rental company, and we re-invoice them to the renter after confirmation of the order — this is standard practice, included in the contract.
Before a long trip, check the fuel level and adjust the mirrors to yourself — all our sedans have power adjustment, it takes a minute. If you are going to Saint Petersburg or Kazan, allow time for toll sections and gas stations: on the M-11 and M-12 they are available all along, but during peak hours when leaving the capital, it is better to start before 7 a.m. or after 11.
How to choose a business-class car for rent in Moscow
The choice of car depends on the scenario: a business meeting in the center, airport transfer for guests, or a weekend country route. Our Rent-Trip fleet has ten business-class sedans, and each serves its purpose — from the compact Camry to the executive BMW 5 Series.
For business meetings and status trips around the capital
Mercedes-Benz E-Class: 197 hp and rear-wheel drive — a classic for negotiations in Moscow City or on Patriki, price 11 000 ₽ per day. BMW 5 Series: all-wheel drive 249 hp — a choice for those who value dynamics on the Third Ring Road and the MSD, rate 11 500 ₽. Audi A6: 245 hp and all-wheel drive — a restrained option for meetings in Khamovniki or on Kutuzovsky Prospekt, 10 500 ₽ per day. Genesis G80: 249 hp with all-wheel drive — 9 500 ₽, optimal if you need a fresh sedan with rich equipment without overpaying for the badge.
For guest transfer and trips with colleagues
If you are meeting partners at Sheremetyevo or Domodedovo, rear seat space and ride smoothness matter more. The Lexus ES at 8 500 ₽ — front-wheel drive and 200 hp, quiet cabin, passengers will appreciate it. The Toyota Camry at 6 500 ₽ is the most affordable option in the class: 2.5 L, 200 hp, without extra options, but with everything needed for a comfortable ride from Vnukovo to the Tverskoy district. Both sedans are petrol, automatic, five seats.
For suburban routes and winter trips
Voyah Passion: hybrid with all-wheel drive and a 428 hp system — the only one in the fleet with such a setup, 9 800 ₽ per day. BMW 3 Series: rear-wheel drive, 184 hp, for 8 000 ₽ — a maneuverable option for a trip to Kolomna or Tula along the M-5. Hongqi H5: 224 hp and rear-wheel drive for 6 900 ₽ — an inexpensive way to head to the Golden Ring for the weekend without overpaying for status.
When booking, specify what scenario you plan—the manager will recommend a model for the task. For December trips to Saint Petersburg via the M-11, choose all-wheel-drive sedans: winter tires are on the fleet seasonally, and extra power for overtaking won't hurt.
