Consent to the processing of personal data
Hereby, acting freely, of my own will and in my interest, I give consent to Rent-Trip (hereinafter — the «Operator») to process my personal data in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data».
What data is processed and for what purposes
I consent to the processing of the following personal data: surname, first name, patronymic, phone number, email address, messenger ID, as well as identity document data and driving licence data (when concluding a rental agreement). Processing is carried out for the purposes of: considering a car rental request, contacting me via the specified channels, concluding and executing the rental agreement, as well as to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Data actions and processing period
I consent to the following actions with my personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to third parties in cases stipulated by the contract or law, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is carried out in a mixed way (with and without automation tools). The processing period is until the purposes of processing are achieved or until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than the period established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Consent revocation
I understand that this consent may be withdrawn by me at any time by sending a written notice to the email address info@rent-trip.ru. Upon receipt of the notice, the Operator will cease processing my personal data and destroy it within no more than 30 days, unless otherwise provided by law.
