We deliver the car to a convenient location in Moscow and the region, so a personal visit to the office is not required — we sign the contract when handing over the vehicle. - Passport: the main document certifying the identity of the driver and the renter.
- Driving licence: valid category B licence held for at least the specified period.

Delivery within Moscow and the region
We meet the client anywhere within the capital and the nearest Moscow region. Most often we deliver the car in central districts — Khamovniki, Tverskoy, Presnensky, on Patriki or near Chistye Prudy — but we also work in residential areas: Mitino, Strogino, Yasenevo, Chertanovo. If the client lives beyond the MKAD ring road, the address is agreed upon when booking via MAX or by phone. The delivery terms are specified in the rental agreement.
To airports and railway stations
We deliver Exeed to any of the four capital airports and all ten railway stations. The terms of airport delivery and cost are specified in the rental agreement.
- Sheremetyevo: North of Moscow, ~30 km from the MKAD ring road via the M-11 or Leningradskoye Shosse, terminals B and C.
- Domodedovo: south, ~45 km along Kashirskoye Highway or M-4, the farthest of the four airports.
- Vnukovo: southwest, ~28 km along the Kievskoye or Borovskoye Highway, closest to the center.
- Zhukovsky: southeast, ~40 km along Novoryazanskoye Highway.

Insurance, fines, and toll roads in Exeed rental
Before driving a rented Exeed, it is worth understanding how insurance, camera fines, and toll road payments work — these are three topics about which renters have the most questions. Below is how it works in rental.
OSAGO and CASCO
Each car in our fleet is registered, so OSAGO (compulsory third-party insurance) covers the driver's civil liability by law — it is mandatory insurance and requires no additional payments. CASCO (comprehensive insurance), on the other hand, is not mandatory by law, and its terms are specified in the contract: what exactly the policy covers, what deductible applies, and in which cases it is applied. The procedure in the event of damage to the car and the financial terms are fixed in the rental agreement, so we recommend reading this section before signing. If anything remains unclear, details are clarified when booking.
Fines and toll roads
- Camera fines: decisions come to the owner of the car, i.e., the rental company, after which we reissue them to the client — the fine is paid using the details specified in the decision.
- Paid parking in the center: from 8:00 to 21:00 the rate is 380–800 ₽ per hour, at night — 200 ₽; non-payment may result in a fine of 5 000 ₽, and towing will cost 8 500–12 450 ₽ plus storage.
- MSD and TsKAD ring: travel is paid during rush hours on weekdays (7:00–11:00 and 16:00–20:00) — 19 ₽ per section, free outside peak hours and on weekends; transit without exiting — 950 ₽.
- M-11 and M-12: The road to Saint Petersburg is tolled along its entire length, and travel on the M-12 to Kazan for a passenger car costs 5 909 ₽.
- Transponder: Gives up to 25% discount on toll sections; if there is no transponder, payment is made by the state license plate within the time limits set by the road operator.

Exeed rental for a week or a month
The daily rate is convenient for short trips, but if you need an Exeed for a week or a month, long-term rental is more profitable: when renting for a week or more, the daily rate is lower. So an LX for seven days will cost from 29 400 ₽ instead of 34 300 ₽ with daily payment, and a TXL for a month from 134 400 ₽ versus 192 000 ₽. The difference is noticeable, especially when you need a car for work tasks or a long trip across Russia.

Exeed LX for a week or more is a working tool for those who came to Moscow on a business trip and daily travel between offices on the Third Ring Road and meetings in Moscow City. The all-wheel-drive TXL with a 249-horsepower engine is more sensible to take for a month if there are regular trips to the region—for example, to Tula or Kolomna: all-wheel drive holds snowy roads more confidently in winter, and the 2.0 L petrol engine does not require recharging unlike electric vehicles.
For Muscovites, monthly rental covers the scenario when one's own car is being repaired or family has come to visit for a few weeks. An Exeed for a month is convenient for long trips: the route to Saint Petersburg on the M-11 takes about seven hours, to Kazan on the M-12 about eight, and in 21 days you can easily combine several such directions with city trips in between.
